The Son Of The Beast Pro consists of 2 Battle Ropes, 1 Power Pull Belt, 2 carabiners, 2 anchors and 2 agility dots. The 2 battle ropes have a loop at the ends for a safe and comfortable grip. The colour of the loop indicates the resistance. The Son of the Beast Pro is also available in 4 resistance levels:

21 kg - 47 lbs silver

35 kg - 77 lbs black

47 kg - 105 lbs gold

68 kg - 150 lbs orange

The elastics have a protective nylon cover so you can train safely. The light weight makes it easy to take Son of the Beast with you. Son of the Beast activates your core and gives you a total body work-out, improving your strength and endurance. Unlike traditional (non-elastic) heavy ropes, Son of the Beast is designed to create resistance, causing all muscles in the entire body to tighten. Son of the Beast allows for even more than traditional battle ropes, such as rotational movements (activating the core), side-to-side movements (improving core stability). It also improves the cardiovascular system and grip strength throughout the workout.
