This bar with set of weights is an ideal solution for group training. Training with the bar is dedicated to everyone regardless sex and age, who wants to increase strengthening muscle stamina, burn adipose tissue and model the figue. Weight is matched depending on the advancement level of exerciers and muscle batch. Great advantage of Power Gym are holes inside the plates enabling additional exercises and the hexagonal shape of plates, which prevents the bar from rolling.
