Zechsal Magnesium Oil 100ml

Zechsal magnesium oil is the highly concentrated liquid form of magnesium chloride dissolved in water. It is called magnesium oil because it feels oily. Magnesium oil is extremely suitable for absorbing magnesium through the skin quickly and effectively. Handy and inexpensive to use, for the entire body.

The best places to absorb magnesium are the feet, the armpits and the abdominal area. But if you suffer from cramps or tense muscles then it is also wise to treat that place.

Tip: store at room temperature to prevent crystals in the liquid!

Dosage and use

Use 15 to 20 sprays daily (approx. 200 mg, half the daily requirement). Leave on for at least 10 minutes. Then rinse the skin if desired. A slight tingling sensation and a warm feeling are normal and indicate that the magnesium is being absorbed. Your skin becomes pleasantly supple and you can enjoy the total relaxation.

Tip: if the skin is warm (form example after a shower or after exercise), this greatly promotes absorption. Avoid contact with your eyes or open wounds, this can cause a corrosive feeling.

Note: if the oil comes in direct contact with your clothing or bedding it can cause stains. So always have it withdrawn before you get into bed or put on clothing. When you use it before going to sleep, it is best to put on an old shirt or use socks if you have lubricated it on your feets.
